The United States Postal Service started slowing its mail delivery on Friday October 1 2021, part of an effort by Postmaster General Louis DeJoy to cut costs over the next 10 years.
The most widespread and significant change will affect first-class mail — things like letters, small packages, bills, and tax documents. Prior to the changes, customers throughout the US could expect first-class mail to reach its destination in one to three days; now, that timeframe will extend to between one and five days
When will i receive my item(s)?
99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2-3 business days of payment. Shipping usually takes 3-5 days or less. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS please allow 10-35 business days. If you have not received your product after this time please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of your order.
For our retail and giveaway items, please allow up to 4 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.
Where are my items coming from?
Although our fulfillment house is located in USA, some of our specialty items are located overseas in countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China. This allows us to offer our customers the lowest price possible.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. What is my shipping cost?

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses?
We are not responsible for delays and/or lost merchandise due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses if they were submitted incorrectly by the customer, or changes of address after the order was placed. We always do our best to accommodate corrections, but you may need to pay for additional shipping and handling if your order has to be shipped more than once. (Double check your info).
Our goal at PUUZZLES is 100% Customer's Satisfaction. If you receive a wrong or damage item you could qualify for a refund once you return that item to the address we will provide you. Once we received the item we'll refund your money. Other than that we can not refund any money. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR ITEM AND STILL ON ROUTE WE CAN NOT REFUND ANY MONEY!! Our system knows and understand that there is a lot of fraudulent people out there trying to use somebody else's credit cards. In the event that our system detects any fraudulent activity we reserve the right to cancel any purchases made. In the event of fraudulent purchases not detected or somebody using somebody else's card we can not refund any money!!!

Any product with a 30 day money back guarantee entitles you to a free replacement or refund if your item breaks or you are unhappy with the quality of the product within 30 days of delivery.

Rural countries or cities may take longer to arrive.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. To initiate your return please contact us to receive your returns number. Any unauthorized returns may result in refunds being delayed.
If your item is received damaged we require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for replacement. Buyer pays shipping.
All items must be in an unused resealable condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criteria.
If your item is in working condition but you have ordered in error or no longer require the item then we reserve the right to charge a 30% restocking fee.
Please include the returns number we provide so that the refund can be properly processed. If you don't include the returns number then we can't guarantee your refund can be processed.
Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered.
